Client Brief:

Clothing retail brand the Just Group challenged Nextep to provide an expandable, scalable telecoms platform with built-in capacity to economically and securely connect its nationwide store network. A key feature of any solution was that it needed to be simple to work with and easily repeatable when deployed in new locations.

The Intelligent Connection:

We worked with the client’s IT team to install and implement our Nexaccess DSL-based off-internet Wide Area Network (WAN) solution. Using this, we were able to offer the client the benefits of a simplified process with the same, standardised forms, orders and administration procedures. Via our sister company NEC, we also assigned one dedicated customer service contact to provide personal and responsive support as and when the client needed it. We also promised consistent charges on installation and monthly fees, to ensure we delivered on price as well as service quality.

Nextep provides a consistent, economical and reliable service where our DSL solution capably handles the business systems Just Group relies on to deliver statistical analysis and process improvements.
